Scope of Works
At this facility, our team was roped in to carry out a large-scale TMV compliance program.
This included:
- Annual testing of 500+ valves in line with AS 4032.3 and VBA regulations.
- Servicing and calibration to safeguard high-risk facilities such as childcare centres, aged care homes, and aquatic centres.
- Digital logging and reporting through AFP’s AroFlo platform for complete asset visibility.
- Risk assessment followed by recommendations for asset renewal, remedial works, and long-term lifecycle planning.

We deployed:
- Localised Technicians: By deploying technicians based locally, we achieved rapid response times with minimal operational downtime.
- Focus on Continuity of Services: Our team coordinated with the council workers for the project, ensuring the public facilities function seamlessly.
- Digital Data Presentation: We logged in the details of all 500 TMVs in the AroFlo software, thereby creating a compliance register with automated scheduling.
- OHS & Risk Management: We implemented site-specific SWMS through the SafetyCulture iAuditor. It is fully aligned with AFP’s ISO-aligned Quality and WHS systems.
- Transparent communication: Non-compliant results were flagged instantly, allowing for rapid fixes and reduced risk exposure.
